BBMP Trade License Registraton (New / Renewal)
Trade License is a Document / Certificate that gives the permission / permit issued by issuing authority (i.e. BBMP) to the Applicant (Proprietor / Compnay / Partnership Firm etc.,) to commence / carrying out a particular Trade or Business in a particular Area / Location. However, it does not allow the license holder to any other Trade or Business other than it is issued for.
List of Document Required (Proprietor):
- Proprietor PAN, Aadhar
- Shop Rental / Lease Agreement
- Shop Electricity Bill
- Latest Tax Paid Receipt, Khata Extraction (if required)
- Property Owner’s Consent Letter (if required)
List of Document Required (Pvt Ltd / LLP Company) :
- Company Incorporation Certificate
- Company PAN
- Director KYC documents like PAN, Aadhar
- Shop Rental / Lease Agreement
- Shop Electricity Bill
- Latest Tax Paid Receipt, Khata Extraction (If required)
- Property Owner’s Consent Letter (if required)
